The kid wear the overalls.

The fabric is Wabash Striped Indigo Cloth made by Stifel Co I guess.

 

The kid looks like Buddy Lee, and is very cute.

The knitted cap and boots fit him well.

 

You can see the dots stripes. The fabric is sewed widthways on the top of the pocket.
